School The Hague
The immediate environment has a significant influence on the behavior and development of children. More and more school communities see that when children come into contact with ‘green’ play areas it creates more incentive to play and with these areas there can also be a relaxing view made from the school itself onto the schoolyard.
Play and development cannot be seen separated from each other in the case of schoolyards. In addition to ‘green’ play areas it is also possible for older children to achieve more out of the square with limited resources. With Zoneparc the kids can play on alternate layouts that can be placed on an open square. With our design there are different zones located on the schoolyards, so that all age groups have their own place.
